As the Director of AI Program Management, you will collaborate with approximately 10 researchers and engineers to execute an ambitious AI transformation agenda aligned with both business needs and technical realities. This strategic leadership role demands outstanding execution and stakeholder engagement skills. Engage with senior leadership to translate complex AI concepts into value propositions that foster collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of AI solutions end-to-end

• Develop a strategic roadmap balancing business and technical needs

• Champion agile management for on-time, on-budget execution

• Establish success metrics and accountability for AI initiatives

• Communicate updates and risks to senior leadership

Requirements:

• 8+ years in program management, 3 in AI/ML

• Experience in financial services or complex technology

• Strong understanding of AI technologies and challenges

• Exceptional stakeholder management with senior executives

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
