This pivotal role requires an effective team leader with a strong background in applied data science and project management. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders across project delivery, you will establish team processes and lead strategic initiatives within the Technology PMO. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Clarity (PPM), Power BI, and have experience in agile methodologies to improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor data analysts in delivering insights

• Develop and implement a robust data quality framework

• Collaborate with Clarity team to maintain data standards

• Design data solutions using Power BI and SQL

• Proactively identify project challenges and provide creative solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields

• 8-10+ years in data analytics or technology consulting

• Hands-on experience in PMO environments

• Proficiency in data extraction and transformation tools

• Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities
