Job Description & How to Apply Below
We are seeking an execution-focused AI Delivery Operations Lead to accelerate development velocity and instill operational rigor across our expanding AI, analytics, and data initiatives. Moving beyond traditional, administrative project management, this role serves as the central orchestration engine across multiple technical pods. You will lead cross-functional delivery, champion agile governance, eliminate execution bottlenecks, and align complex technical outputs with business strategy.
Responsibilities- Lead the delivery cadence for multiple synchronized pods across AI/GenAI, data science, data engineering, marketing technology, and customer experience streams.
- Establish and enforce agile operating mechanisms.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retro reviews, and cross-pod syncs (e.g., Scrum of Scrums) to ensure continuous delivery.
- Map and manage highly complex technical dependencies, ensuring upstream data engineering pipelines align smoothly with downstream Mar Tech and client-facing product releases.
- Drive prioritization follow-through with product owners.
- Define, track, and report on agile metrics (e.g., cycle time, sprint velocity, deployment frequency) to continually optimize delivery speed.
- Serve as the connective tissue between deep technical engineering teams and business units.
- Bridge communication gaps and establish a clear, predictable cadence for progress reporting.
- Proactively identify execution risks.
- Partner with teams to ensure data governance, privacy compliance (e.g., PII, GDPR), and model safety standards are met throughout development.
- 5+ years of experience managing technical programs, product delivery, or scrum operations in complex, fast‑paced environments.
- Deep practical experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and a proven track record of managing delivery across multiple simultaneous pods.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data environments; comfortable speaking the language of data engineers and data scientists (e.g., understanding data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and data warehousing).
- Prior experience navigating the unique life cycles of data analytics, machine learning, or GenAI projects (including understanding data preparation, model training, and moving prototypes to production).
- Outstanding communication skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical blockers into business impact and manage expectations around technical ambiguity.
- High proficiency with modern agile management tools (Jira, Confluence, Linear, Asana).
- Strong communication skills to present information to any level of management.
- Ability to take feedback, remain resilient, and agile.
- Organized and strong time management skills.
- Certifications in Agile frameworks (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, Safe Agilist).
- Familiarity with MLOps or LLMOps workflows, prompt engineering guardrails, and model validation concepts.
- Experience working explicitly alongside Marketing Technology (Mar Tech) stacks or Customer Experience (CX) data platforms.
