Deliver exceptional technical support as a Bilingual Technical Support Analyst at Scotiabank in Scarborough, Ontario. Engage with Business and Commercial Banking clients to solve issues on GBP Cash Management products.
In this role, you’ll be part of Scotiabank's Global Transaction Banking team, providing vital technical assistance to clients via inbound calls. You will work closely with peers and partners while ensuring adherence to service standards and resolving customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance via inbound calls promptly
• Ensure first call resolution to meet customer deadlines
• Deliver positive customer experiences following best practices
• Log and update all client interactions systematically
• Conduct follow-ups on existing cases and escalate complex issues
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Degree/diploma in Computer Science or Networking preferred
• Proven expertise in GTB Cash Management products
• Bilingual in French or Spanish
• Knowledge of systems like Edge and GWA/SCO ADMIN
