- Ensure compliance with design and engineering standards
- Manage transitions to sustainable support models
- Minimum 10 years in IT, with technology team management
- 7 years in platform engineering or related roles
- Proven track record managing vendor relationships
- Expert in automation practices and methodologies
- Robust problem-solving and planning skills
