Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) Analyst to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of SAP FICO functional experience, preferably including SAP S/4
HANA implementation, post-go-live support, or manufacturing support. Required experience includes one or more areas such as FI/CO, SD, or LE; nice-to-have areas include MM, PP, EWM, or related integration. The candidate should also have functional knowledge of key business processes, including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, logistics execution, manufacturing cost flow, billing, financial closing, and related workflows. This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.
- Deliver assigned module support for FI/CO (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, Material Ledger) and SD/LE (sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit/debit memos).
- Perform functional configuration reviews, gather requirements, develop functional specifications for reports/interfaces/enhancements, and support testing (integration, UAT, regression).
- Provide day-to-day SAP S/4
HANA functional support, incident resolution, and problem investigation for internal and external customers. - Support post-go-live stabilization, including month-end, billing, order management, logistics, and other time-sensitive business cycles.
- Manage cross-module integration between FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, and EWM, plus EDI flows for customer orders, ASNs, and invoices.
- Create and maintain configuration guides, business process procedures, training materials, and support documentation.
- Respond promptly to support tickets, translate business issues into functional requirements, and follow up to confirm solution acceptance.
- Support the SAP COE model by working with Stream Owners, SMEs, and Super Users to validate requirements, improve training, and reduce avoidable escalations to IT.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
