Procurement Specialist at CBC​/Radio

Join CBC/Radio-Canada as a Procurement Specialist focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. This hybrid role involves enhancing procurement processes and system adoption while supporting our transition to a new ERP.

In this contract position, you will collaborate with the Supply Management team to improve procurement workflows and user experience with Oracle. With responsibilities including issue resolution and documentation, you’ll support procurement activities and train users on the new system. Your efforts will directly contribute to our modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day Oracle Procurement module support

• Document procurement procedures for requisitions and contracts

• Map and document end-to-end procurement workflows

• Create and update internal documentation and user guides

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of procurement or supply chain experience

• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM preferred

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Comfortable with digital tools like Google Workspace

• Bilingual in French and English preferred
