This position focuses on managing P2P system efficiency and supporting users across Canada while you report to the Manager of Procurement Systems. Your expertise will be essential to maintain audit readiness and compliance, promoting effective buying practices among stakeholders. By identifying opportunities for simplification, you will make a significant impact on procurement governance and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure alignment of transactions with procurement policies

• Act as first-line support for user issues

• Identify recurring system challenges and recommend updates

• Support compliance with audit standards

• Maintain visibility into vendor data and system integrity

Requirements:

• Degree in business administration or related field

• Minimum 2 years in systems support role

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Knowledge of procure-to-pay systems preferred

• Understanding of ERP systems like SAP S/4
