We are looking for a self‑motivated, forward‑thinking lead Delivery Director who is obsessed with delivering value to our customers and sees the successful implementation of the products you deliver as delighting our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 20‑30 engineers across multiple squads to design, develop, test, deliver, maintain, and improve cloud‑native services and business applications; applying creative problem‑solving to bring designs to life with cutting‑edge technologies and techniques.
  • Provide technical leadership and lead portions of development projects.
  • Collaborate with product managers, product owners, architects, designers, and other engineers and stakeholders to uncover areas of improvement, issues, and opportunities to deliver new business value through software.
  • Participate in ideation, brainstorming, and working sessions to devise creative and disruptive digital solutions.
  • Prototype and build new complex software to deliver on key product objectives.
  • Help establish best practices for agile development of scalable applications, security, integration; and govern via architect review, developer review and peer review meetings.
  • Experiment with emerging technologies and understand how they will impact what comes next.
  • Apply and promote agile principles and methodology, following various engineering practices and approaches.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with multiple programming languages and technologies such as .NET, .NET Core, Java, Node.js, Type Script, JavaScript, React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Docker.
  • Experience with databases and services such as MS SQL, SQL MI, and any non‑SQL database.
  • Experience with cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud; platforms such as Kubernetes, Istio; CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops.
  • Strong understanding of agile and Dev Ops principles, test‑driven development, continuous integration, and other practices that accelerate feature delivery.
  • High level of discipline knowledge and the ability to combine it with market and customer perspective to inform deliverables.
  • Insight into business strategy and the ability to help craft architecture plans that support business outcomes.
  • Proactive problem foreseeing and recognizing the need for flexible and diverse solutions.
  • Leadership skills: achieve tasks using own judgment, lead engineers and small to medium teams, act as a top contributor, impact specific organizational entities, and demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
  • Capacity for constant learning from both success and failure, remaining open to change and continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
  • Advanced integration experience with content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Experience creating component libraries and using design systems.
  • Contributions to open‑source projects.
Compensation

US salary range: $127,330 to $236,470 USD. Hybrid work arrangement. Eligible for incentive programs and performance‑based compensation.
