IT Operations Team Lead

In this strategic role, you will support a team tackling operational IT challenges while optimizing service delivery and compliance with established SLAs. By fostering teamwork and implementing improvements, you'll ensure a robust IT infrastructure that meets organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct IT support activities for job sites and corporate locations
• Provide training and support for IT operations staff
• Address high-impact incidents and service requests effectively
• Oversee lifecycle management of IT equipment and services
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and report operational trends
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in IT, Information Systems, or similar
• Strong leadership experience within IT support teams
• Expertise in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 platforms
• Familiarity with IT service management tools and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
