Manager Security Operations Goose

Lead cybersecurity efforts as the Security Operations Manager at Canada Goose in Toronto. This hybrid role focuses on incident management, SOC performance, and the cultivation of a security-driven culture.
You will provide crucial oversight of daily security operations while directly engaging in the analysis of complex security threats. Your responsibilities will include managing the incident response lifecycle and collaborating across teams to reinforce security measures in the organization’s framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily functions of the Security Operations Center

• Engage in complex threat analysis and support the team

• Develop performance reporting through strategic dashboards

• Lead critical incident response and recovery efforts

• Collaborate with Engineering to strengthen CI/CD security integration
Requirements:

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, including management

• Required certifications: CISSP or CISM

• Mastery of the incident lifecycle and reporting

• Familiarity with NISTCSF and MITREATT&CK

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft security tools and KQL
