You'll utilize your extensive knowledge of business processes and IT systems to facilitate needs analysis and write user stories. By working with diverse teams, you’ll aim to optimize productivity and minimize operational costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and translate user needs into precise requirements

• Analyze how developments affect systems and processes

• Create documentation for user communications

• Review business and technical documentation collaboratively

• Assist with validations during project rollouts
Requirements:

• Experience with digital engagement platforms

• Familiarity with privacy and compliance regulations

• Strong communication of complex concepts

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments

• 3-5 years as a Business Systems Analyst preferred
