Working within the Complaint Office, you'll gather and analyze data related to Manulife's services like Banking and Insurance. Your analytical skills will be foundational in identifying improvement opportunities, while your ability to communicate insights effectively will guide operational enhancements. You'll engage with various teams to ensure alignment on objectives and drive positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Capture and ensure completeness of data from multiple avenues
• Produce data visualizations and reports to meet team needs
• Analyze customer feedback to highlight performance trends
• Tailor insights in collaboration with internal teams
• Ensure compliance with data regulations and identify process improvements
Requirements:
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong facilitation and reporting skills
• Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools
• Bilingual required for Québec;
French preferred
