Shape the future of secure digital interactions as a UX Designer focused on digital credentialing with the IAMP. This hands-on role requires five days onsite, emphasizing clear user experience and design integrity.
This position within the Identity and Access Management Practice allows you to leverage over 7 years of experience in UX and service design. You'll drive successful outcomes through end-to-end service design, utilizing quantitative data to inform decision-making. Engage cross-functional teams to champion user-centered design processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design omni-channel service delivery across multiple jurisdictions
• Conduct interviews and usability tests to gather user insights
• Develop service blueprints and prototypes based on research
• Analyze service metrics to enhance performance and usability
• Lead collaborative workshops for service design improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in UX and service design projects
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and facilitation
• Expertise in value stream mapping and journey mapping
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
• Onsite work commitment of 5 days a week
