Join Dayforce as a Technical Services Consultant and guide clients through their HCM implementations. You'll manage integrations of critical business data for a successful go-live experience.
This role requires 5+ years of experience in Human Capital Management consulting. You'll translate client requirements into flat file integrations while coordinating with project managers and third-party vendors. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential as you work in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide consulting throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Translate client requirements into integration specifications
• Partner with offshore teams for document mapping
• Manage relationships with clients and third-party vendors
• Identify and communicate project risks proactively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in Human Capital Management consulting
• Strong client relationship management skills
