As a Data Scientist in BDO's Tax Transformation Office, you will utilize advanced analytics and machine learning to redefine workflows in the Tax R&D Lab. This role is key in collaborating with teams to develop and implement effective AI-driven solutions that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize AI and machine learning models

• Implement intelligent solutions using generative AI and automation

• Support technology experimentation in Tax initiatives

• Partner with Transformation Relationship Managers on projects

• Translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions
Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in AI or related field required

• 3+ years of experience with machine learning solutions

• Proficient in Python and scalable data architectures

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
