The GTM Operations Director position at Wiza involves a dual focus on strategic leadership and tactical execution. Reporting to the CRO, you will work with GTM leaders to identify growth opportunities while directly participating in the creation of essential operational frameworks.

Your role will influence both operational efficiency and product direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CRO and GTM leaders on strategies

• Design and implement playbooks for onboarding and expansion

• Oversee workflow automation and AI systems development

• Ensure alignment across sales, marketing, product, and finance

• Create analytics for operating cadence and performance tracking
Requirements:

• 7+ years in Rev Ops, GTM Ops, or Sales Ops

• Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies

• Demonstrated success in developing GTM strategies

• Fluency with modern GTM tech stack

• Strong analytical capabilities using BI tools
