IAM Solutions Director

At Tech Democracy, we are expanding our Identity & Access Management (IAM) leadership team across Canada and looking for a high-impact IAM Solution Director to drive strategic growth across enterprise customers, key accounts, and new business opportunities. Strategic IAM Sales & Growth Lead IAM sales pursuits and drive revenue growth across strategic and enterprise accounts in Canada.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective customers
• Build strong executive relationships with CIOs, CISOs, IAM leaders, and security stakeholders
• Support account planning, GTM strategies, and long-term IAM transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with OEM partners, alliance teams, and delivery leadership
• Architect and position enterprise IAM solutions across:
• SailPoint IIQ / ISC
• Saviynt EIC / IGA
• PAM Solutions (Cyber Ark, Delinea)
• Access Management & SSO
• CIAM
• Directory Services
• CIEM and Cloud Security
• Design scalable IAM architectures aligned with enterprise environments
• Develop both high-level and low-level solution designs
• Lead customer workshops, assessments, roadmap sessions, and advisory engagements
• Deliver demos, executive presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives
• Own RFP/RFI responses, proposals, pricing models, ROMs, SOWs, and technical solution documentation
• Provide technical leadership during deal pursuits and closures
• Advise clients on IAM best practices, governance frameworks, and compliance standards
• Offer thought leadership on:
• Zero Trust, NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, IAM modernization, Cloud identity security
• Coordinate with delivery and implementation teams to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction
• Support IAM transformation programs including:
• Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Access Governance
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Lifecycle Management
• Compliance & Audit Readiness
• Cloud Identity Security
• Lead cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, engineering, and partner ecosystems
• Mentor solution architects, consultants, and IAM engineers
• Support practice development and internal capability growth initiatives

• 14+ years of experience in IAM / Cybersecurity
• Strong expertise in enterprise IAM solution architecture and consulting
• Proven experience in presales, solution selling, and enterprise deal closures
• Strong experience managing enterprise/global customers
• Experience leading distributed onsite-offshore teams

• Strong hands-on or solutioning experience in:
• SailPoint (IIQ / ISC)
• Saviynt (EIC / IGA)
• Access Management & Federation
