Position: Dynamics 365 CRM Architect - Contract Role
Lead CRM and data migration initiatives at the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee as a Dynamics 365 CRM Architect. Specialize in technical oversight for transitioning to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance and Operations.
This contract lasts over 7 months, focusing on optimizing data migration and system integration. You'll provide strategic direction for D365 customization, data management, and security oversight while ensuring system performance meets operational standards. Your expertise will drive the seamless integration of various applications within the organization's tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full scope of data migration into Dynamics 365 CE and F&O

• Lead development and implementation of customized solutions

• Optimize performance and ensure system responsiveness

• Define middleware interactions and data flow

• Conduct post-migration support for data issues
Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years as a CRM architect with Dynamics 365 CE and F&O

• Proven data migration and solution integration experience

• Familiarity with various CRM applications and database technologies

• Strong programming and communication protocol knowledge

• Capability to establish effective data security measures
