Provide technical leadership across data analysis functions, including data modeling, SQL, data quality, data profiling, ETL, metadata enrichment and management, data provenance and lineage, reporting design, and other specialized data management functions.

• Elicit, analyze, and understand business and data requirements to develop complete business solutions, including data models, ETL, and business rules.
• Apply automation and innovation to new data platforms and ongoing development projects aligned with business strategies.
• Design and implement reporting platforms and complex ETL frameworks that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with technology and business colleagues to achieve objectives.
• Work closely with technology/project teams to ensure data design aligns with development initiatives.

• Coordinate with technology work teams to ensure project success.
• Deliver business or enterprise data deliverables for relevant platforms and applications, adhering to enterprise frameworks.
• Provide data analysis and requirements within the enterprise platform (e.g., Hadoop).
• Implement processes aligned to data management standards and ensure data quality and requirements are embedded in system development deliverables.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of upstream data sources and platform data.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to elicit and articulate requirements.
• Support analysis, testing, and data issue resolution for development teams.
• Implement and enhance data governance, data quality, and related policies in collaboration with data stewards.
• Ensure privacy, security, governance, and access controls are captured.
• Comply with enterprise technology delivery practices, standards, and project management disciplines.

• Support team members in resolving critical service issues.
• Prioritize and manage workload to deliver quality results within timelines.
• Promote a positive work environment focused on service, quality, innovation, and teamwork.
• Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business units.

• Subject matter expert on technical environment and tools.
• Subject matter expert on business processes, procedures, and broader organizational issues.
• Advanced knowledge of business, bank standards, infrastructure, architecture, and related technology.
• Primary subject matter expert in multiple areas, consulting on research, analysis, design, and solutions.
• Work autonomously as a senior/lead, coach and educate others.
• Manage and direct activities related to analysis, design, and support of technical data management solutions on large projects.
• Assignments are highly complex and multi‑faceted.
• Act as a key resource for technical information exchange among teams, business, and external vendors.
• Generally reports to a Senior Manager or Executive.

• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Required experience with Azure Cloud Services, Python, Delta Lake, and SQL.
• Preferred experience with Databricks and PySpark.
