As part of Kainos, you will be responsible for managing the entire service delivery lifecycle of Workday applications.
Your role includes close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure that solutions are effectively delivered and that customer needs are met with precision and attentiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of service delivery for Workday solutions
• Oversee project governance, planning, and resourcing
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and standards
