Implementation Specialist

Position: Appspace Implementation Specialist Role
Transform workplace communications at Appspace as an Implementation Specialist, specializing in intranet technology and client migrations. Your expertise will shape user experiences for our customers.
In this role, you will lead the implementation of Appspace's Intranet and Internal Communications solutions, with a focus on guiding customers through platform migrations from legacy systems to Appspace. You'll support Workplace Management initiatives, ensuring a seamless integration process that prioritizes the employee experience. Partner with teams to ensure effective delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive configurations for Appspace Intranet

• Support migrations from legacy systems to Appspace

• Design internal communications features tailored to clients

• Conduct QA to validate migrated content accurately

• Facilitate training sessions for customer administrators
Requirements:

• Proven implementation experience with intranet platforms

• Knowledge of workplace management solutions

• Basic proficiency in C#, cloud technologies, and MongoDB

• Strong QA and attention to detail skills

• Excellent communication for client engagement
