Unlock client potential as a Customer Success Technical Manager k from Toronto or Montreal and support the integration of next-gen technologies into client operations.
As a CSM Technical Specialist, you will focus on helping enterprise customers fully adopt IBM's technologies. Your consultative approach will be essential in understanding client needs, guiding technology deployments, and enhancing overall user satisfaction with IBM's solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer business challenges and technical needs
• Facilitate exploration workshops for value realization
• Engage clients with demos, pilots, and technical discussions
• Build and finalize use case architectures with clients
• Create strategies for sustained software adoption post-deployment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline
• Proficient in a common cloud-native programming language
• Experience translating business objectives into solutions
• Strong client-focused and communication abilities
• Ability to travel around 25% as necessary
