CRM Solution Architect - Dynamics 365

In this role, you will leverage a minimum of one year of experience in CRM architecture, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, to oversee the migration process. You'll provide essential guidance to improve data management processes and enhance the overall performance of the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Define system integration processes between applications
• Customize and optimize CRM functionalities for users
• Implement security protocols to protect data integrity
• Offer continuous support post-migration for data-related issues
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in CRM architecture
• Familiarity with Azure ETL and data pipeline tools
• Proficient in SQL Server and Azure Databases
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and its capabilities
• Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops and CI/CD processes
