As the Associate Director reporting to the Director of AI Strategy and Data Platforms, your role emphasizes understanding both business needs and technical requirements. You will enhance the operationalization of the data platform strategy across multiple business units, ensuring that data capabilities deliver exceptional value to our members. You will also keep abreast of industry trends to refine our data stack continuously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Streamline strategic execution of the data ecosystem

• Collaborate with business and technical teams for data capabilities

• Define standards for data architecture and integration

• Lead efforts to enhance cross-platform data orchestration

• Monitor industry trends to optimize data strategies
Requirements:

• 7+ years in data engineering or related strategic roles

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake

• Expertise in leading technical teams and projects

• Thorough understanding of Databricks for analytics

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
