As a Senior Associate, you will design and deliver high-quality EUC solutions tailored to complex needs. Collaborate with various partners to troubleshoot and optimize systems while championing Scotiabank's commitment to diversity and respect.
Your role includes managing an EUC Lab and ensuring precise operation according to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion client relationships through innovative technology solutions
• Formulate and test configurations for EUC systems
• Lead incident management and resolution processes
• Oversee the maintenance of the EUC Lab and systems
• Assist with the complete solution lifecycle from planning to optimization
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline
• 5+ years of experience in a regulated IT environment
• Deep understanding of Windows Operating Systems
• Advanced knowledge of EUC management tools
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices
