Take the lead on global Service Now implementations with a 6-month contract opportunity focusing on strategic coordination. Drive excellence in ITSM, HRSD, and SPM initiatives without hands-on tasks.
We are looking for a proficient Service Now Lead with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant modules. This role requires extensive experience in leading large-scale technology projects and managing multiple teams. You will utilize your superior communication skills to enhance collaboration while mitigating risks throughout project life cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate Service Now projects across technical work streams
• Lead global teams to ensure successful project implementations
• Address project priorities and effectively manage risks
• Consult with clients to optimize best practices in Service Now usage
• Create and present detailed presentations summarizing key project insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with Service Now ITSM, HRSD, and SPM modules
• Strong experience in leading complex technology implementations
• Excellent client-service and communication management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office for project deliverables
