Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2 or 4 days per week – subject to change at any time.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA) – MUST
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD) – MUST
  • Extensive experience in end-to-end Service Now development, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Service Portal
  • Service Now Administration with expertise in Server installation and configuration, platform upgrades, instance cloning, and performance optimization for system reliability and efficiency
  • Experience in gathering core configuration requirements from stakeholders, translate these into design model and manage the overall implementation process in cooperation with developers
  • Customize Service Now applications to meet specific organizational requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Experienced in Agile environments and implementing Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles to enhance software quality
  • Strategic problem solver adept at analyzing business requirements and designing tailored Service Now solutions that seamlessly integrate with enterprise workflows
  • Design and configure Service Now modules to align with Service Portfolio Management strategies, providing a comprehensive view of services and their life cycles
  • Design and implement new functionalities using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
  • Develop and manage complete Service Now service catalog with different items, options, and steps to make it easy for users to request services
  • Experience in import Sets for data loading from external files or databases to the SNOW instance
  • Strong Data Mining, Data Analysis, Decision Modeling skills
  • Understanding of JIRA/JTMF and Confluence platforms
