Become a key player at FSRA as a Scrum Master in the IT department, focusing on delivering high-quality data initiatives. Advocate for Agile practices and ensure effective communication within teams and stakeholders.
In the role of Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile teams tasked with delivering data solutions that support FSRA’s regulatory goals. With a strong foundation in Agile frameworks, you will mentor teams, manage product backlogs, and analyze delivery metrics to enhance team efficiency and accountability. Coordination with various internal and external partners is essential for seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as liaison between business and technical teams

• Drive Agile practices and continuous improvement

• Monitor product performance and user adoption

• Prepare updates for leadership on project status

• Champion quality assurance and compliance efforts
Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Agile environments

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is ideal

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

• Proficient in Azure Dev Ops and Agile management tools

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
