Required Skill Set:

• AIGenAI Solution Architecture Architect end-to-end AI and Generative AI solutions on Azure, leveraging Azure AI Foundry (projects, prompt flows, evaluations, deployments) and Azure OpenAI (GPT-4.x, embeddings, assistants agents)
• Azure AI Search (vector, hybrid, semantic search)
• Design agentic AI architectures, including Multi-agent workflows using Lang Chain and Lang Graph tool‑calling, routing, memory management, and stateful orchestration
• Define reference architectures for RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) Intelligent document processing Conversational AI and copilots
• Knowledge assistants and decision‑support systems. Lang Chain, Lang Graph Architecture Design and governance of LLM orchestration frameworks using Lang Chain chains, tools, retrievers, and memory abstractions;
  Lang Graph for graph‑based, stateful, multi‑step workflows;
  Define patterns for Supervisor worker agent models
• Conditional routing and branching logic, Human‑in‑the‑loop workflows
• Establish best practices for Prompt engineering and prompt versioning, evaluation, testing, and regression of LLM outputs;
  Agent observability and debugging (logs, traces, metrics)
• NLP Language AI Expertise. Lead solutioning for NLP use cases, including Text classification, summarization, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, Semantic search and knowledge extraction, Conversational and domain‑specific language models
• Leverage Azure NLP capabilities such as Azure AI Language Custom text analytics and domain adaptation
• Guide teams on language data preparation, embeddings strategy, and accuracy tuning
• Python‑Based AI Engineering Leadership. Provide architectural guidance for Python‑based AI development, including API and microservice design for AI workloads, Integration with Azure Functions, App Service, AKS;
  Define standards for Code structure, modularity, and reuse;
  Model and prompt lifecycle management;
  Performance optimization and cost control
• Enterprise, Security Governance. Design AI solutions aligned with enterprise and BFSI requirements, including Security, privacy, and data residency;
  Azure Entra , RBAC, managed identities;
  Private endpoints, VNET integration, network isolation
• Define Responsible AI and governance frameworks:
  Prompt safety, content filtering, bias mitigation;
  Auditability, explainability, and traceability
• Support compliance with internal risk, legal, and regulatory standards
• Delivery, Stakeholder Pre‑Sales Support. Lead architecture workshops and design sessions with Business stakeholders and executives;
  Product, engineering, and data teams
• Translate business requirements into Architecture diagrams, Solution design documents, Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
