As part of the CPB Analytics team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining pricing models that directly influence business decisions.

Your role involves collaborating with business partners to define objectives, extract data, and apply advanced analytics for strategic insights. Your input will be crucial in communicating findings across various levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop statistical and machine learning models for pricing

• Work with stakeholders to define and gather data requirements

• Extract, prepare, and analyze data using Python and SQL

• Communicate insights through effective visualizations

• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists for scalable solutions
Requirements:

• Technical degree preferred, with 3+ years of experience in data science

• Expertise in Python, Pyspark, SQL, and data analytics tools

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

• Knowledge of Real Estate lending and analytics is a plus
