Position: Lead Product Analyst at Beacon Software

As part of the Acceleration team at Beacon Software, a progressive holding company, you'll be our first Lead Product Analyst.

Your role will significantly impact product development across our portfolio by identifying new opportunities and metrics. Collaborate with diverse teams to connect analysis with real-world outcomes, improving user engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discover product and feature enhancements through data analysis

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate solutions

• Measure product impact and develop retention methodologies

• Identify metrics that predict business outcomes

• Analyze insights across Beacon's portfolio to inform decisions
Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in analytics or data science, ideally B2B SaaS

• Strong analytical capabilities and business judgment

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and self-directing tasks

• Ability to work with messy data for actionable insights

• Product-focused mindset understanding user impact
