About the OpportunityAre you passionate about transforming complex data into meaningful business decisions? We are seeking a Manager, Strategic Business Insights & Reporting to lead enterprise-level analytics and reporting initiatives within a dynamic financial services environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and executive storytelling, turning insights into actions that drive organizational performance and growth.
Working closely with senior leaders across Finance, Strategy, Operations, Digital, and Technology teams, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping shape business priorities through evidence-based recommendations. Beyond reporting, your ability to craft compelling narratives and influence decision-making will play a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives and long-term business success.

- You’ll lead end-to-end analytics and reporting initiatives, enhancing data models and delivering actionable business insights
- You’ll translate strategic questions into analyses that uncover trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers
- In this role, you’ll develop executive-ready presentations and reporting materials that communicate clear recommendations and business impacts
- You’ll oversee dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, and other platforms to support operational and strategic decision-making
- You’ll act as the primary analytics partner to business leaders, helping prioritize requests and shape business perspectives
- You’ll establish best practices for data quality, governance, and reporting processes while partnering with technology teams to improve scalability and automation
- You’ll mentor stakeholders and analysts, supporting stronger insight generation and reporting adoption across the organization
- 5+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business insights, reporting, or related functions within a financial services environment
- University degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Advanced proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Excel; experience with SAS, R, and/or Python is considered a strong asset
- Demonstrated success translating complex data into strategic recommendations and executive-level presentations
- Experience working with large, complex datasets, reporting frameworks, and data models
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership
