Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze client journeys to identify friction points
• Define and standardize KPIs across digital channels
• Act as a strategic partner to Product Owners
• Measure impact of new features and enhancements
• Support data-driven client migration strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in relevant field
• 7+ years in Cash Management and Payments
• Strong experience in data analysis and visualization
• Proficient in stakeholder management and negotiation
• Spanish language proficiency preferred
