We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support business decisions through meaningful insights derived from data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and patterns, support strategic decision-making, and improve operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and actionable manner.

• Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and operational issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing data processes and reporting solutions.
• Create and maintain KPI reports, scorecards, and executive dashboards.
• Analyze large datasets to identify business opportunities, risks, and performance improvement areas.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and strategic objectives.
• Document data definitions, business rules, reporting logic, and analytical processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related role.
• Strong experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one data visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and data modeling concepts.
• Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and governance principles.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into analytical solutions.
