Position: Total Fund Management Analytics Leader
Shape the future of investment analytics at OTPP as the Total Fund Management Investment Analytics Director. Lead the development of strategies and products that enhance operational excellence.
As a pivotal member of senior management, you will guide end-to-end analytical solutions for the Total Fund. Collaborating closely with a diverse group of engineers, data scientists, and external partners, you will drive innovative analytics initiatives that align with investment goals. Your leadership will facilitate effective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Total Fund analytics and AI strategies

• Build advanced analytics platforms for portfolio insights

• Lead cross-functional squads focused on delivery excellence

• Ensure compliance with model governance standards

• Advise on AI innovations tailored to portfolio strategies
Requirements:

• At least 15 years of application management experience

• 5 years in a senior leadership capacity

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on analytics/AI preferred

• Comprehensive knowledge of data science methodologies

• Proven track record in talent development and management
