Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the enterprise analytics strategy

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of data professionals

• Ensure the delivery of quality reporting solutions

• Manage capacity and resources for analytics projects

• Promote best practices in data governance and analytics
Requirements:

• 7+ years in data analytics or business intelligence

• 2+ years of people management experience

• Advanced SQL proficiency and Python knowledge

• Experience with Databricks and Azure platforms

• Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders
