Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments

• Build statistical and ML models for product insights

• Develop frameworks for measuring treatment effects

• Apply psychometric methods to evaluate learning outcomes

• Partner with teams to operationalize key educational concepts
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a quantitative field

• 7+ years in data science with impactful analysis

• Expert SQL and advanced Python skills

• Deep knowledge of causal inference and experimental design

• Strong ability to communicate complex findings
