Dentist seeks a Manager of Business Analytics & Insights to influence our strategic direction through data-driven insights within the Enterprise Data & Process Transformation team. Lead an innovative analytics team focused on impactful projects.
This full-time, permanent role involves not just analytics but leadership, driving data literacy throughout the organization. You’ll be at the forefront of data transformation, translating complex insights into clear business strategies. Collaborate with senior leadership and data engineering to create value through analytics that drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion a team of analysts and Power BI developers

• Develop and optimize analytical dashboards and solutions

• Continuously evaluate and enhance the data landscape

• Collaborate on translating objectives into actionable insights

• Ensure standardization in metrics and KPIs across the organization
Requirements:

• 6+ years in data analytics, strategy, or business intelligence

• 3+ years leading analytics teams

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

• Expertise in Power BI development

• Working knowledge of Azure or SQL environments
