Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and guide a team of decision science professionals

• Develop and optimize risk assessment models from start to finish

• Ensure adherence to leading analytics practices and standards

• Assess model effectiveness and lead improvements

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field

• Over 7 years of experience in credit risk modeling

• Demonstrated experience in deploying analytics models

• Expertise with tools such as R, Python, SQL, or SAS

• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional projects
