Job Title: Oracle Fusion Order Management Consultant

Location: Toronto, Canada (Remote)

Duration: 3 Months Contract (Possible Extension)

This is a 3-month engagement requiring weekend availability for production support and cutover activities. Compensatory time off will be provided during weekdays.

• Weekend Support:
  Saturday and Sunday, 3:00 PM EST 11:00 PM EST

• Weekday Support: 3 days per week, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST or 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST

• Two compensatory weekdays off each week

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Order Management Consultant to provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management, with cross-functional expertise in Oracle WMS Cloud and Oracle OTM Cloud to support end-to-end order-to-fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate will also possess basic Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) knowledge to assist with integration monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Provide functional support and configuration for Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management.

• Support order orchestration, pricing, fulfillment, and order-to-cash processes.

• Troubleshoot cross-application order flow issues involving Oracle Fusion Order Management, Oracle WMS Cloud, and Oracle OTM Cloud.

• Support inventory, inbound/outbound, and fulfillment processes within Oracle WMS Cloud from an Order Management integration perspective.

• Support transportation planning, shipment execution, and freight/carrier management in Oracle OTM Cloud.

• Monitor and perform basic troubleshooting of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations connecting Order Management, WMS, and OTM applications.

• Configure Order Management setups including:

  • Order Types

  • Hold/Release Rules

  • Pricing Strategies

  • Fulfillment Lines

  • Approval Rules

• Develop test scenarios and support regression and UAT testing.

• Document resolutions, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.

• Support production issues, cutover activities, and enhancement initiatives.

• 4+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management functional experience.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management configuration, support, and troubleshooting.

• Functional knowledge of Oracle WMS Cloud including:

  • Inventory Management

  • Inbound Processes

  • Outbound Processes

  • Fulfillment Operations

• Functional knowledge of Oracle OTM Cloud including:

  • Transportation Planning

  • Shipment Execution

  • Carrier Management

  • Freight Management

• Basic working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for monitoring and troubleshooting integration flows.

• Strong understanding of:

  • Order-to-Cash Processes

  • Order-to-Fulfillment Processes

  • Cross-application SCM integrations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

• Oracle Fusion SCM or Order Management Certification.

• Hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development experience.

• Experience with:

  • Oracle Fusion Inventory

  • Oracle Pricing

  • Global Order Promising (GOP)

• Experience supporting Distribution, Retail, or Manufacturing environments.
