This role plays a key part in system configuration, optimization, and functional support across complex HR operations. The position offers visibility in system integration, compliance, and process automation initiatives within a collaborative ERP landscape.
Must Haves
3–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across Compensation

, and Absence modulesExperience in system configuration

, and ERP integrationsProven background supporting enterprise HCM systems in large or complex organizationsOracle Fusion Cloud HCM certification(s) preferredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related disciplineNice to Have
Experience in healthcare, public sector, or unionized environmentsCertifications such as PMP, CBAP, or ITILResponsibilities
