Role

Description:

· Design and execute test cases for ETL processes, ensuring data completeness, transformation accuracy, and consistency.

· Validate data across source systems, staging layers, and target databases/data warehouses.

· Perform data validations including row count, schema checks, and aggregation checks.

· Conduct data reconciliation and verify transformation logic.

· Perform regression and integration testing for ETL pipelines.

· Demonstrate expertise in SQL and database concepts.

· Possess familiarity with coding languages such as Java or Python.

· Have working knowledge of cloud technologies used in ETL processes.

· Perform ETL automation and backend automation.

· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Work closely with stakeholders and managers on a daily basis, providing regular updates.

· Communicate test results, defects, and risks to stakeholders and managers.

· Show strong ownership and proactively go the extra mile to meet critical milestones.
