In this role you will:

Design, implement and maintain Google cloud infrastructure with IAC tools like Terraform.

Implement Google best practices to secure managed services for Data and Analytics workloads like GCS, Big Query, Vertex AI notebooks, Cloud composer, Dataproc, etc.

Develop and maintain automation pipelines to securely build and deploy applications and GCP infrastructure.

Create monitoring dashboards and alerts to facilitate operational oversight of the entire platform.

Collaborate with various enterprise security and business applications team to define and implement cloud architecture and best practices on GCP.

Stay up to date on GCP best practices and recommend improvement to the existing platform to streamline development or address new security concerns.

Participate in on-call rotation for resolving critical incidents with the GCP infrastructure or deployed applications.

Design, test and implement new technologies and applications like Databricks.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:

3+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

3+ years of experience in using Infrastructure as Code tooling Like Terraform.

3+ years of experience with container-based technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

3+ years of experience in the use of CI/CD Tools

1+ year of experience in Dataproc implementation

Understanding of different database technologies (e.g. CloudSQL, No

SQL, Relational databases)

3+ years of experience with config management tools and Scripting Languages (Ansible, Bash, Groovy)

A university degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Management or relevant.

Google Cloud associate certification is preferred
