Lyft is building the next generation of intelligent agents powered by AI. We're seeking a talented Integrations Engineer to lead this transformation across the enterprise. This is a strategic role for someone who can bridge the gap between AI technology and business value, designing and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver measurable outcomes. You'll work across IT, people operations, marketing, sales, finance, legal, and procurement to architect AI-first solutions that solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities:
Architect and implement AI agents and intelligent workflows that transforms complex, multi-step business processes and deliver quantifiable business outcomesPartner with business leaders and stakeholders across multiple departments to identify high-impact AI opportunities that align with organizational objectivesElicit requirements from diverse stakeholders and translate complex business problems into technical solutionsBuild compelling business cases that clearly articulate ROI, implementation costs, benefits, timelines, and strategic alignmentEvaluate, recommend, and implement AI solutions that best fit organizational needs and use casesDesign solutions with an AI-first approach, ensuring optimal value delivery and user experienceMonitor and measure the performance of AI workflows, using data-driven insights to demonstrate value and drive continuous improvementDesign and deliver training programs, workshops, office hours, and enablement materials that help teams understand and adopt agentic solutionCreate frameworks, best practices, templates, and reusable patterns that accelerate AI adoption and ensure consistent qualityBuild a community of practice around AI and intelligent agents, empowering others to identify opportunities and contribute to the agentic roadmapAct as an AI evangelist and educator, demystifying AI technology and building confidence across the organizationShare knowledge by giving brown bags, tech talks, and evangelizing engineering and agentic AI best practicesStay current on emerging AI technologies, tools, and platforms, continuously evaluating new solutions for potential adoptionExperience:
5+ years of hands-on experience with integration and automation platforms (iPaaS, workflow automation tools such as Workato, Mule Soft, Boomi, Informatica, n8n, Zapier, or similar technologies)Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying integrations and automated workflows that delivered measurable business valueDeep understanding of how LLMs work, AI assistants (Geimini, Claude), AI agents, agentic workflows, and prompt & context engineering, including practical applications in enterprise environments2+ years of experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), vector databases, MCP and agent frameworks such Lang Chain, Lang Smith or similar technologies5+ years of experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and enterprise integration patternsExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), data platforms (snowflake, Databricks) and cloud-native architecturesDemonstrated experience implementing integrations and automated workflows across multiple enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, Oracle, Atlassian, Google Workspace)Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and influence without authorityExperience working across multiple business functions (e.g., HR, Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations) with ability to quickly understand different functional requirementsAdaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a rapidly evolving AI landscapeBenefits:
