You will spearhead the Enterprise Delivery Office's workforce governance and resource allocation, facilitating stakeholder collaboration across Finance, HR, and delivery teams. The Senior Manager will ensure that portfolio data governance is modernized and effective, translating complex financial insights for leadership. In addition, you will drive operational governance practices and optimize workforce deployment across enterprise delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee workforce governance and budget adherence

• Manage hiring workflows and backfill processes

• Provide data-driven insights on workforce trade-offs

• Monitor portfolio data management and financial performance

Requirements:

• 5-10 years in portfolio governance or financial management

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

• Expertise in PPM tools and data governance

• Advanced skills in Excel and analytics tools
