Technology Intern

The role

Supports the development team through project coordination, technical support activities, research, testing, documentation, and operational tasks while gaining exposure to a collaborative SaaS environment.

The role will also include:

• Supports development and technology initiatives through coordination, research, testing, documentation, and project-related activities.
• Assists with global platform migration.
• Supports maintenance of project documentation, technical resources, and internal process materials.
• Assists with organization and tracking of tasks, tickets, updates, or development activities as required.
• Helps identify, document, and escalation issues or inconsistencies for review.
• Supports operational and administrative tasks related to development or technology projects.
• Participates in team discussions, planning activities, and collaborative project work.
• Maintains organized documentation and follows established team processes and standards.
• Development and product initiatives through project, coordination, and technical support activities.
• Collaborates with the technology team on research, testing, documentation, and implementation-related tasks.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Operations, or other teams as required.
• Continuous improvement of documentation, workflows, and team processes.
• Technical and operational priorities by contributing to project deliverables and team objectives.

• You are interested in technology, digital products, and problem-solving, and are excited to gain hands‑on experience in a collaborative SaaS environment.
• You are curious and eager to learn, comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and continuously building your knowledge and skills.
• You are organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and follow through on assigned work.
• You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical team members.
• You are comfortable learning new tools, systems, and processes, and adapting to changing priorities and project needs.
• You are proactive and dependable, taking ownership of assigned tasks and contributing positively to the team environment.
• You are interested in how technology and operational processes support broader business and customer outcomes.
• You stay current on technology trends and how automation and AI are evolving technology and operational work, and are open to incorporating tools and improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and learning.

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a college or university program in technology, computer science, business technology, information systems, project management, or a related field.
• Experience with technology tools, digital platforms, project work, or technical coursework is considered an asset.
• Experience working in collaborative environments, team projects, or customer‑focused settings is considered an asset.
• We place greater emphasis on curiosity, organization, willingness to learn, collaboration, and problem‑solving ability than on formal work experience alone.

Base Salary: This is a paid summer internship with an annualised salary of $48,000 – $50,000, pro‑rated for the duration of the internship. Positioning within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors such as location, skills, and experience.

Note:

This role can be based out of either our 2 Bloor Street W, Toronto, Ontario or 727 Exeter Road, London, Ontario office.

Contract dates: July 6, 2026 – August 28, 2026
