K2 Services is seeking an experienced Service Now Project Manager with over five years of technical project delivery. This role requires champions of Agile practices, strong client communication, and the ability to oversee cross-functional teams. You'll ensure project alignment and drive success through collaboration and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project management for Service Now ITSM implementations
• Oversee Agile project delivery with sprint planning and retrospectives
• Develop detailed project plans and manage project resources
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with ITIL best practices and support process improvements
Requirements:
• 5+ years of technical project delivery experience
• Experience in managing Service Now implementations and Agile methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• PMP or Agile certification preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
Drive the successful delivery of Service Now projects, enhancing client relations and operational excellence.
