An industry-leading client seeks a dedicated Scrum Master to facilitate agile practices effectively. This 12-month contract demands a minimum of 10 years in Scrum Master roles and proficiency in Jira. You will enhance transparency in project backlogs, lead daily stand-ups, and adapt plans to meet changing requirements, contributing significantly to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update agile tracking systems for product and sprint backlogs
• Organize planning and review meetings for the team
• Assist in internal and external communication for updates
• Facilitate low complexity Agile initiatives from initiation through release
• Track and report project progress and financials
Requirements:
• 10+ years of Scrum Master experience
• Bachelor's degree or relevant education
• Industry Certified Scrum Master status
• Proficiency in Jira and agile methodologies
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
