Technical Help Desk Specialist

In this role, you will support access request provisioning such as granting, modifying, or revoking user access to applications, systems, or resources based on business needs and security policies. Requests are managed through Service Now, the enterprise IT service management platform.
Must Have Skills/Experience- 3+ years of experience in supporting access request provisioning such as granting, modifying, or revoking user access to applications, systems, or resources based on business needs.
- Service Now, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
- Power Shell scripting.
- Tableau Reporting.
- Power BI.
Contract Duration: 6 months, renewable.
Hourly Rate: $25/hr on T4.
